No, Paprika does not make Fire Belly Toads brighter. In all of my research I have not come across anything of making Fire Belly Toads brighter at all, The toads with darker colored skin are perfectly normal. Pet stores like Petco and Petsmart sell FBT that have light colored skin and dark colored skin.
