    Default A matter of Temperature

Ok had a question that's been a bit difficult in clarifying, I know the temps in a Pacman's tank during daylight cycle is best kept at roughly 78-82 degree's, BUT is this measurement best taken from the heat in the soil the Frog burrows into? or the ambient temps throughout the whole of the Tank?

In shorter and more concise wording.

Should I put the temp gauge thermometer probe in the dirt? or let it hang somewhere around the middle of the tank?

Depending on what side of the tank's temperature you want to read like the warm or cool side is where you should put the probe, but place the probe an inch above the substrate you want the ambient air temperature of the tank not the soil. I usually put mine by the hot side to monitor temperatures make sure it doesn't get too hot.
