Your frog is too young to specify whether it is male or female. Males do not get their nuptual pads until they reach sexual maturity which is anywhere from 8 months to a little over a year. Males will begin to call around 5.5 months of age and older. Females lack nuptual pads and do not call. Females also grow larger than males do. Age is hard to determine by the size of the frog because there are too many factors that effect their growth rate including gender.

The little white bug could be a mite. You have to be careful with mites getting in the tank as they can be harmful to your frog. Wrong one isn't bad, but if you notice more you must bathe your frog to drown any that may be on him/her and immediately clean the enclosure.
