So I go away for 2 weeks, leave my frogs in the trusting care of my housemate, a person who helps me look after them daily, so I figure they're in good hands... come back and one of my frogs isn't moving.

Upon closer inspection I can see the underside of his legs have gone red, all of his toes on his front and hind legs are curled and he's barely breathing.

I've checked out the tank, there's dead flies and meal worms floating in the water and meal worms in the feeder are so badly decomposed they sticking to the bottom of the feeder bowl. Looks like that's all she's bothered feeding them, no evidence of dusting.

So I acted instantly; I've quarantined the sick frog, in a clean tank of his own with paper towel and a small bowl de-clorinated water. I've cleaned out the main terrarium for the other frog and she's moving around quite happily.

I don't think my frog is going to last til morning, and frankly, I'm pretty furious.

I'm looking for confirmation that it is Red Leg? I've never had this issue before. From what I've read, Red Leg is caused by a bacteria infection - which considering the state of the enclosure and the color of his legs, I'm pretty convinced it's what's caused this.

Is there any hope for my frog? It sounds pretty lethal.
