i dont believe its a blister its like you no when frogs croak and under there mouth expands and what not its like that it goes away by itself its just weird ill post a picture up in a few
hes **** eyed too but he's been **** eyed since forever

When they call the vocal sac will stay baggy for a while because it becomes stretched out. Don't press on it anymore, but when it shows again post a pic. The one you have up looks totally normal.
