bubble under the mouth?

beenos about 8 months now and just started to croak but lately after feeding him ill see a bubble come out under his mouth its like a pocket of air is that anything i should be worried about? it leaves after i press it down

First off I wouldn't be pressing on anything that looks like a bubble or blister on your frog. That's not a good idea especially if you have no idea what it is. Not only could this be dangerous for the frog, but it is undoubtedly stressful for him.

Post some pics of this bubble so we can see what it may be.
