    Default ACF Threw Up?

Last night my ACF apparently threw up? He vomited what appears to be a clump of reptomin.. he immediately tried to eat the vomited food and then it floated to the top of the water and I removed it.. I don't think I over feed my ACF. They are still froglets and under 2 inches (this one is smaller maybe a little over 1 inch). I feed them 3 reptomin 'baby' sticks a day.

Is this somewhat normal? The frog is very active, not bloated, and always hungry.. I'm a little worried though.

I did redecorate my aquarium recently maybe this caused some stress? Maybe I over fed? I do weekly 25% water changes, my tank has a lot of plants.. I don't think it's the water but I will test it out today.. last week I had 0 ammonia 0 nitrites and some nitrates but it was within normal ranges.. I just did a water change the other day.
