Exclamation Whites head tilted to one side

Hey all my new whites Lucy was on my hand and she went into circles a little around my hand but leaned completely to one side (right) what would cause this? Never seen it before! http://www.frogforum.net/tree-frogs/...d-tilting.html I found this. Doesn't really help and should I just take her into the Vet? She ate crickets no problem last night and didn't do this.

I would probably start by emailing Ebony (the post you found) and ask her how she resolved her froggy's tilting problem.

Thanks, I am going to take her to the Vet and see what they can do too.

I have also noticed that different people keep on referring to contacting Dr. Frye - sounds like a knowledgeable and helpful vet who you may try to want to email to and ask for advise. Here is the link that contains his contact info. (http://www.frogforum.net/tree-frogs/...-prepared.html)

    Cheers,

Good luck with the Blue, hopefully its nothing or can be resolved easy. Usually head-tilting of most kinds is due to some type of inner ear infection, which effects balance (though I'm not expert on Frog diseases, at all).

Thank you, well we put her on antibiotics just in case, she wasnt leaning too bad this morning which is good, but we did an X-ray and she has a small gall stone, hopefully that will pass and some more than usual fat storage, with some eggs. The vet is hoping she will pass them too, there is no man around to fertilize them hehe. So it's just a wait and see from here.

That's what they are thinking and hoping! Hetfield my male he starting croaking his brains out at about a year old.. that's how I knew it was a he, but the size of Lucy I figured it was a girl bc she isn't a baby

yeah my red eye croaks like crazy at night. hes fun to listen to. but i bought another red eye from a pet store a while back. i only bought her because i could tell she was bigger than he was. theres only about a quarter inch difference and i dont think shes croaked yet. if she has ive mistaked it for his. i hope yours passes the eggs and gets well soon!
