Had a little photo experiment today. Took some outdoor photos of some of our frogs to see if we could capture photos that reflected their true colors better than the indoor or Lightbox pics.
Well, it worked......for the most part. Here are a few of them for your viewing pleasure!!
None of these photos were touched up in any way. this was a session taken in the fading light just before dusk. We will try earlier in the day tomorrow and see how it goes. Each photo is of a different frog. Tell us what you think!
Definitely makes the colors pop more. They look so much better than indoor and lightbox pics.
Thanks Grif.......think we'll be taking pics outside from now on when we can!!
"Frogs in the Dusk"...those are beautiful colors! I have a craft lamp and I've been wanting to try that on my pacs--it's supposed to give off a pure white light for things like sewing and such--but I don't want to hurt the little guys' eyes. Maybe I'll take them out one day!
Beautiful frogs and pictures. You can also try shooting in a shaded area like under a tree or using a umbrella.
Gorgeous frogs and great pictures too.
Great pics of the pacs!
i like the red ornate it's exactly want i want just gotta find one
I love that tri colored one. It's right next to the red ornate. Is it for sale?
They do look like Sam Blues Grif...........we got them at the San Antonio Reptile Expo, so I guess it's possible that they are low grades.
I understand. May be when he/she produces you'll sell me one
Nice frogs you have, good pics too.
Why can't we find those here in Europe, Grrr.
I am so looking forward to your frogs.
Hank
