What kind of frog are you posting about? Very important !
You might re-post in the specific area so FF member that are experienced w/ the same species can read it.

Do you have any emergency antibiotic ( froggy) medication on hand?
Re-hydrate the frog in a (1:10 ) Pedialyte : distilled water solution ( 10-15 min)-daily
Or at the very least re-hydtare him in very, very shallow de-cholorinated water.
Try to use a container he can not escape from ( w/ a lid and air holes) ----put the little soaking container right into the hospital tank.
Wash you hands before and after handling him. Your hands should be clean and WET when to touch him.
