Do pac man frogs normally have slime on their back?

I don't know if this is normal or not, but my little guy had a little light brownish stuff on his back and so wiped it and there was slime on his back. Most of it was clear, but I guess where some was kinda bundled up it's light brownish. He keeps trying to rub his back with his back leg and his face with his arm.

Sounds like he's shedding. That's normal, and they can do it several times a week, and they tend to look a little more 'slimy' afterwards.
If it looks like he's having trouble, raise the humidity in the tank a little bit. If their skin is too dry, shedding becomes more difficult.
