Am I right in thinking that male FBTs have fatter, longer arms than females? I noticed that The Arbiter (which is the only one I'm confident on the sex of) has fatter longer arms than the others. Could it be that all males are like this because they have to hold onto the female in order to reproduce?

Yes, also the female's middle finger is longer then her other fingers. The male's is not.
