When I raised R.Temporaria I used exotic-pets.co.uk to get fruit flies for my froglets. You might find a better site, here on the IOM they didn't arrive for 3-4 weeks!

Ask around on reptileforums.co.uk, there may be some people in your area who are willing to sell you some. Good luck!
