New frog owner

I just put in my red eye tree frog in his 12*12*18 HIGH terranium I have 2 fake long leafy plants a big center piece to climb on and a vine thing twisted. I have a little bowl inside with water. I have a fixture that has a 10 watt halogen bought at Lowes and a 26 watt compant flourescent Exo Terra 2.0 bulb. HIs coloring got darker green when I put him in the tank. Will it change to the lighter more vibrant green? Temp is 72 on bottom of tank and humidity 82 bottom of tank. Top of tank its temp 77 and 86 humidity. I have a piece of plexiglass covering the back portion of the screen to keep in heet and humidity. WIll he get enough oxygen with this set up? I am new to frogs. I have no substrate also because my wife said it smelled.
