Are both of those pictures the same frog? I'll poke my neck out and say It's a male based on attitude, growth, and frontal features you provided in the first pic

edit: oh and from the top picture I see the beginnings of a developed adams apple (i know people will think I'm crazy) but all of my males have that protruding bump on their necks when they are growing.
