Hi everyone!

I just bought a red eyed tree frog yesterday, but I have some questions about his care. I found this forum and decided to join because I'm sure some of you will have the answers! My frog is a full-grown adult (as far as I can tell, he is a little over 2 inches long). How much should I be feeding him? My dumpy tree frog who recently passed away would eat 2-3 crickets about every other day or every 3 days. But the only information on how much to feed red eyed tree frogs said a couple of crickets once a week, which doesn't seem like that much. He ate 2 crickets last night (the third one drowned in his water pool).

Also, how often should I change the substrate in his tank? For my old frog I would change it every couple of weeks, but I've heard that theses guys are pretty delicate so should I be changing it more often?

I look forward to hearing from a more experienced red eyed tree frog owner, and thanks in advance for any help/advice you can give me!
