vermiculture
I am looking to start a vermiculture fairly soon but I am unsure of what worms to get. I would like to get european night crawlers because they are plump, but red wigglers reproduce at a faster rate. Is there any nutritional difference in terms of food for frogs? I would assume they would digest these worms well compared to a superworm because there is no exoskeleton. any advice is greatly appreciated
