Removed the substrate in the tank and replaced it with cleaned gray slate. Saw an immediate change in my frogs' colour and activity. Bought three new ones today.
Introducing: Squishy, Sushi, and Classy.
Also making an appearance: Hugo and Hermes
edit: I was a little concerned with Hugo's social skills. As soon as the three newbies entered the water, Hugo stalked them with what seemed like an evil attempt. After 5 minutes of getting used to having them in the tank, he mounted all three of them, one after the other. What a guy =P I think he is going to do just fine.
Here are a couple older photos of Hugo and Hermes before the new additions:
Your frogs will defenatley be happy in that vivarium! lol, hermes what a guy!

Some new decor added to the vivarium. Is it normal for my frogs to be climbing up the sides of the tank? They never did that before I introduced the three new bellies.
Sorry for the poor quality of the photos.
Better picture of the new decor.
Added: Jungle Vine and Pillow Moss (Cleaned) and a canopy at medium height with two access points (Drift wood far back, vine up front), which also has a layer of pillow moss for their enjoyment (Misted daily).
