Red Eye Eating

My big female Red Eye... I know she eats... I see the poop every morning... and the crickets are gone. Last night I saw her on the ground and I thought that was strange. But then I noticed she was stalking a cricket. Within moments her mouth opened like a trap door and bam... I saw her eat one. My Dumpys go nuts when I put the crickets in there cage... they leap from the top of the tank to the bottom and its bam bam bam all the crickets are gone. It was nice to watch her eat.

I have caught mine feeding on occasion, but it is kind of a rare experience.
