Default Erin- new White's baby tree frog owner 6 months... having problems

I think my baby tree frog may have gotten bitten by a cricket! I was using the glass bowl trick and I noticed that some of the crickets were getting out. As soon as I noticed that my froggy took a dramatic turn for the worse. He lost ALL of his energy, barely moved at all. Wouldn't eat. And he started sloughing his skin. I have tried the pedialyte baths to give him energy but they only worked for a little bit. I cleaned his cage thoroughly and the humidity and heat are perfect. What can I do to save my baby tree frog? I am afrai for his life! He hasn't eaten in nearly a week!

Have you tried force feeding him?
