It's fun to hunt for frogs. The froglet Northern Peepers are precious.
When we were kids; to find them , first we would listen , then stare at the tree trunks to find them !

I have seen the Grays in so many little camo outfits. I think it is a beauty !
I wonder if they are common as they used to be? Sadly, probably not

One of my favorite is the fowlers taod ( don't see it as often).
A cute, stout little body. It is like a little tank. Its skin feels so different - thick and dry. Cutie !

Enjoy your pretty frogs!
I've got 3 Fowler's Toads and 1 American Toad, they are built like tanks and with mine very curious. If my Ferrets or my dog are in the room they are in they all line up against the glass and look at them for the longest time. Kinda funny. I'm currently looking for more of the Gray Tree Frogs (like 2 or 3 more) and some Peepers as well, I hear them all the time at night but when it comes to looking for them nope. Cannot find them. I did find 1 Cricket Frog and he was just as curious as the Fowler's. Non-frog-loving peeps underestimate the intelligence of frogs. All of mine are very smart, such as when Primavera escaped last night. She waited until I was preoccupied taking pics of Inconnu and Poco then hopped out.
