Wow, he looks so cute! I can't wait 'til my babies have front legs too! Congrats on the healthy little cutie! He looks like he likes that piece of marble in his pond, lol.

My 5 year old little sister found that rock, and insisted we give it to the frog. I'm excited to see what gender this one is. I'm waiting till that's clear before I give it a name.

Waiting to name your little one is a good idea. I gave mine temporary names until I can tell what sex they are. I got my pics up just a bit ago. I will post a link to the album, too. But for now here is a pic of them. Cookie is on the right and Chip is on the left. I wish I had waited to name mine, now my daughter does not want to change their names, lol. I have to admit, I have kind of grown attached to their names too, but time will tell if they keep them or not?! Best Wishes; MsBlueRose

I am now feeding crickets fruits and veggies mixed with vitamin powder in preparation for my little frog's first real meal. She will soon be on board with my philosophy that fruits and veggies are really just food that food eats. The tympanum isn't fully visible, but the space left for it seems to be the same size as the eye, so I suspect it's a girl. Please chime in with your thoughts.

MsBlueRose, Your little ones are adorable, I looked up the albums.

These last two were just taken tonight, 5/14/14. So close.

At this point, she grew bored of the photo shoot and made her break for the water.

Thanks for the compliment, I love them all so much! I want some Grey Tadpoles eventually. I have to get through the Leopard Frogs growing up first, lol. And I agree with your thoughts about your little one. I enlarged the pic and the ear patch does seem to be the same size as the eye. I am simply ecstatic that I can use this trick on my tads as well! Can't wait to see new pics! She looks great!
