I'm in the process of kitting out my new viv for my tree frogs but havent got a clue on what live plants to use, any info would be much appreciated as ive only ever had plastic ones before.
Think its time to set up with live in the new viv, ive orded a waterfall kit for it too and been told that expanding form works well in giving background and good for holding plant pots ect and is water risistant and safe for my frogs habitat.
Can any one give me a start to what plants to use, and any tips on building it as this is my first time, my frogs live in a basic set up at the moment and would love to give them something new and interactive to live in.
Good Morning,
Here is my list w/link information to a site so you can see what the plants look like!
So much fun !!!!!
Enjoy !
Don't forget to rinse( including the roots) and re-pot ( tropical soil) all plants to get all remnants of fertilizer and pesticides out .
This should be done even if they are said to be in "organic soil".
After preparing the plant, I wait a bit. I have never put a prepared plant directly into the enclosure ( just in case )
