Default Door construction and hinge for vert tanks

The last tank setup was not a sucess when it came to the door. It is glass and the only thing that has consistently held the door in place is packaging tape :P I have tried multiple epoxies, silicon and small metal hinges and none adhered to either the glass or the plasic molding of the tank frame.

Now that I am setting up another vert tank I would love to hear any suggestions on doors and hinging if there are any suggestions.

Living Hinge from US Plastics. Make sure you get the right thickness for the glass you're using.
