I will obviously not let my frog die because i hate crickets, that implication is rather rude. I've never given up on any animal that was within my power to care for, and I'm not going to start now. Considering I went out and bought 3 types of food I didnt have and have never had a need for before, I can deal with having to get a couple crickets.

Is there any way to get them OFF of eating crickets? Crickets have been PROVEN to have one of the highest rates of transferrable pinworms and other parasites, and its going to be pretty horrible knowing I'm purposefully feeding my frog something that is giving him parasites just because he wont eat anything else.

Its good to know that coco-fiber doesnt poss much of an impaction risk with these frogs, as it sure does with most lizards.

Can I scent the other food items with something like one can for snakes? Do they like it when you dangle it and do the "zombie" dance or do they prefer it to slightly wiggle and be away from them?
To help with humidity you can cover 3/4 of the screen top with Satan wrap. this helps to hold heat and humidity. You could also raise the temps to around 84° or 85° to help stimulate the appetite. Usually once they learn to eat from tongs they will eat just about anything you offer them. If your frog isn't eating then something is causing stress. Moving to a new home with a new care taker can be stressful. I would get some appropriately sized crickets and dust them with calcium. Remove the hind legs to make them easier to catch and let them go in the enclosure at night. keep it dark and keep the temps around 78°. This should help. If your frog does not eat for 8 days and you do not know whether he ate before you got him you may have to force feed him.
