arizona tree frog questions

Hey guys im new to the forum and have set up my first vivarium with help from this forum and others. My vivarium has been up and running for about 2 months now and my frogs are doing great. Recently i noticed one of my forgs looking like he was throwing up but nothing was coming out his body looked like he was heaving. I have heard that this could be shedding. Do all frogs shed? Does anyone know if arizona tree forgs shed?I just want to make sure my forg is not trying to throw up becuase of tsomething else. I have frog moss in my viv and i have heard that if swallowed it may be bad for frogs. Any thoughts on forg moss I will also post pics of my viv. If anyone can give me suggestions or feedback on this or if you have experieince with arizona tree frogs and would like to give me general advice I would appreciate it. Thank you.
