I'm soooo happy!! I caught my slimmer White's, aka Skinny, staring at and stalking the crickets through the viv roof. I felt quite sorry for her so I decided to offer her a waxworm with my feeding tongs and she grabbed it and gulped it down! I was sooo happy to actually see her eating as Fatty usually gets there first, and Skinny is a lot more shy.
Sooo, I was wondering if offering Skinny a waxworm once a week (in addition to the daily crickets and fruit flies) would be a nice treat, as I do worry because she's a lot skinnier than Fatty.
Has she ever been checked out by a vet?
No, she hasn't. Think there could be something medically wrong then? I just assumed she was slower at catching crickets. I do try and share them out evenly, Skinny just hasn't caught up with Fatty. Maybe I should get her checked out then
It couldn't hurt. You want to make sure she is thin because she just not getting enough to eat and not something else.
