You definitely want to use coco Fiber not coco husk. Coco husk will cause impaction. It's better safe than sorry.

My pacman is arriving today and I got coco fiber for him.. my friend found info online saying it might be dangerous (impaction, I suppose).. anyone else heard of this? I seem to find conflicting info.. I'll post a new thread about it.

If the frog eats it dry or eats a large tangle of fibers then yes. When preparing the substrate you sift through it to remove any debris that may be mixed in with it.
