Celebrating Pixie Dust!

I was going through some old Myspace photos I had saved (oh, how I've aged myself...) and I came across a surprise--a baby picture of Pixie Dust, my dwarf Pixie. I got her in 2006 as a tiny baby from Petco. She was about the size of an Eastern Spadefoot, quite petite. When I first got her, she would eat anything offered, which allowed her to grow quickly. Even today, I can't think of a time I had to remove uneaten food from her cage. She also has an amazing temperament, as she's never once tried to bite me. I've had her for 6 years, and I've thought about all the things we've been through together. She's seen me through several moves, relationships, graduating college, different jobs, and so on. And like a great pet, she's always been by my side.

So this is to celebrate my baby Pixie Dust. 6 years ago she came into my life and brought me nothing but joy, and I hope the next 6 are just as wonderful
