Yep, I'd have to agree. An external lamp no greater than 50w, and with a dimmer on the lamp, would be safest.

I like exo terra rainforest model because it will only get so hot. Mine would get the area to about 78 degrees

That bulb looks like a "black light" - which is basically a party type light bulb. I would suggest getting a regular incandescent house bulb of a lower wattage to heat your vivarium.
