Ok its just the temp during the day is around 70'F and i have read they need it like that during the night and 75'F during the day. Or would it be ok as that?

i dont have any experience with that type of frog but you can add a heat mat to the side of the tank to raise the temp. Put it on a thermostat and you good to go

That bulb's wattage is much too high. I wouldn't go any higher than 50 watts even with external bulbs. As every e has said. A bulb inside the enclosure with the frogs is an accident waiting to happen.
with a bulb inside like that you'd probably be able to dine on frogs legs!
