I was wondering what would be a good system for raising the humidity in this size of an enclosure? The main ones I have seen are the repti fogger, habbamist and exo terra monsoon.

Hi,
I do not know anything about any of those products, as I use a MistKing.
MistKing Misting Systems by Jungle Hobbies Ltd Great product. Plus you can use it on several enclosures by adding tubing and mist heads.
Call, they are very helpful! The 'seconds' timer it comes w/ is great! It can mist up to 6X/day.
Frogs are not afraid of it !!!
