I'm so glad you changed your mind about releasing the frog you caught! I have a White's Tree Frog (or Dumpy) named Kiwi and he seems to hide most of the time. But, that's due to me because I have his enclosure heavily "planted" (I have a lot of fake vines in there for him.) I see him every once in awhile soaking in his water bowl and I definitely hear him about EVERY night, lol!
