so happy to have found this forum! my family and i rescued 2 fire belly toads 2 days ago from a family who didn't really know what they were doing with them and weren't taking the greatest care of them (thank heavens we got them when we did...poor things barely had any water and their housing was dreadful lol). i'm hoping i will be able to utilize this site to give my toads the best possible life they could have. i posted a question earlier in the FBT discussion about tannins from peat moss in the water. could you check it out? the title is 'questions about tannins'. thanks so much and looking forward to speaking with all of you!

Welcome to the forum . We used to have 4 firebelly toads and we just loved them . They're so cute and playful. It's wonderful that you saved them .
