Yes, I'd be more surprised if it didn't change. Apart from the regular albinos, most froglets' color changes quite a bit as the grow. However, I've never had a froglet her color, so I'll have to see how much she darkens. I'm hoping she'll stay lighter than my other wild-types. You never know though, she could just be temporarily pale from a poor diet. Only time will tell.

That video is actually from the first day I had her. She wasn't quite as dark as it made her look.

Here is a photo of her from today. She is getting much rounder. She is a hardy little thing. She is also darker, definitely a pale green still, but without the yellow hue.

what a cutie! I had one about that shade several years ago (of course, she was the one who figured out how to get out of the tank while I was gone, and really didn't enjoy playing with the cat either!) I am hoping one of my new babies will be of a lighter shade, but can't tell quite yet. Good luck!
