Gently massaging the right side where the poop is will help him go while he is soaking. also if you make the water slightly below his chin at about chest level and get a cup of warm de-chlorinated water and pour it slowly over his back and directly over his vent it will help stimulate a bowel movement.

well it has been almost a month and still my pac has not eaten or pooped that the have noticed. I've soaked it many times and nothing whats the next step a few weeks ago it seemed the right side of his stomach was hard and now it seems that it has moved over to its left side. In they pic you can see the left said sticks out a little more as well.... so whats my next move here because it seems the baths are not working....

At this point you may consider raising his temp to 85° and keep humidity at 80%. Higher temps can stimulate appetite as well as digestion. Raising the ambient air temp to 85° not just the warm side. You can keep him at 85° for a day or 2 while you monitor him to make sure that he doesn't react strangely to the higher temps. Shouldn't happen, but just as a precaution if you never had his temp that high before.

I'm also going to recommend a visit to a Vet that specializes in amphibians to have him checked out. If he is impacted the Vet can give you some liquid laxatives that will help him poop.

how do i get my tank temps the high.... i just misted an entire water bottle and replaced my reg 15w bulb with a 45w bulb and i can only get the tank to 80 degrees with 70% humidity..... should i do another mist but with warm water not room temp? i have a glass cover and the heat light is about 2in off the top i also have 2 heat pads on the far left corner of the tank where he is burrowed right now

Something I've found that works when mine is impacted (only when it gets bad enough that I'm really worrying) is to have warm, dechlorinated water in a spray bottle and spray it VERY gently right at the frog's vent (it works a bit like an enema). This has never not worked on mine. If you try this, make sure your frog can move away from you easily if it is uncomfortable, since this could hurt the frog.
I only came up with this as a last-ditch thing because we have no reptile/amphibian vet anywhere near us :P

Apparently, especially in the adults, their metabolism can slow down pretty drastically. I asked the same question on here after mine went a couple months eating 1 or two small roaches a week and pooping about once a month. Raising the temps like Grif suggested should help to speed up your pac's metabolism again.

This is probably not going to be a popular suggestion here, but when cleaning my frog enclosures, I often give them a warm bath. In de-chlorinated water that is fairly deep. Not real deep, but deep enoough so they have to swim and and cant touch bottom. I use a large bucket.

I have never lost a frog from drowning. I assume that they are well capable of dealing with swiming, as they are indeed frogs. I keep watch over them, and they always take a huge dump. I suspect that the swimming around helps muscular action and there it is.

I'm NO EXPERT. Only passing along a little home-grown holistic advice for what it's worth.

What size is your UTH? Is it made for a 10 gallon tank? If you have a glass lid it can help with humidity, but a lot of heat from your light bulb will be lost in the glass because it will absorb the heat. there needs to be a hole where the light can shine directly into the enclosure. If this is possible than you may be able to increase the eat it you may want to consider getting a screen lid and covering 3/4 of it with Saran wrap. Leave the center of the screen lid open so your lamp can sit directly on the metal screen. Your lamp needs to be one with a summer switch as well so you can adjust it exactly where you want it.

Note, that a screen top will not allow you to maintain as much humidity, but may help you with your heat problem.

A month is too long. You may want to consider force feeding him. Keep us posted.
