Do you feed worms as a staple or do you vary their diet?

They look awesome bro! Glad to see them eating nightcrawlers, that's the staple diet over here.

That's what the staple is for my Pacs. Except the baby. He gets crickets and Red Wigglers.

I mix it up. They feed on 4-5 different foods.

Is it possible to over feed your frog? I caught around 20 live flies in my catcher today and popped the catcher in my terrarium so my baby Green and Golden Bell frog could eat them at will... assuming he'd stop when full and eat the rest later... but he doesn't seem to want to stop. They're huge flies too, two together would match his size! I've watched him eat three now, and I'm wondering if I should let them go, rather then have my frog burst his stomach!

I do the same with my frogs, but was just curious if nightcrawlers could make a good staple rather than crickets. For some reason I either heard someone or read somewhere that nightcrawlers didn't make a good staple diet for pacmans...

Ive always used eartworms for adults. I like to use mice or african soft fur rats. They are almost impossible to get in california. Illegal :/
