Clean it with a 10% bleach solution, rinsing thoroughly before adding the frog. I like to throw some water with some dechlorinator in it and swish it around just to be on the safe side. The bleach will kill any nasty stuff in the terrarium and the dechlorinator will neutralize any bleach residue after you have rinsed it.
