Pacmans living in high altitude?

I assume that a low oxygen environment and the cold temps from being so high up would not only mess up their internal seasonal clock, but cause severe stress from lack of oxygen. They live in rainforest floors and low wet grasslands. It may not be a good idea.

I expect that the aquisition of a single young frog could prove to be OK. Keeping one as a pet and mainaining it in an appropriate enviornment should work,
especially when you take into consideration the low levels of activity associated with Ceratrophys. I would suggest however, that you incorporate an aquarium air pump
and air-stone in the water vessel. Feed lightly and easily digesible food items. You should be OK.

I really don't know about the oxygen levels, but since they can absorb enough oxygen to survive buried underground during estivation, I wouldn't think it would be a huge issue. The idea of getting a young one is good too... One that's used to living at a lower altitude for a long time might react badly to a really big change like that.
