Could Nugget be a girl?

So I know I had previously posted pictures of Nugget and together we had determined he was a boy. But now he is growing reaaaally fast, and my boyfriend and I have both heard what we think is calling at night. Is it possible that even though he has a boy nose-shape that he could be a lady-frog?

Nlopez, Females do not call. males do. If you hear calling then your frog is male. If you want to get him to call just go on YouTube and play Pacman mating calls. If he is a male he should respond back.
