How many subspecies the African Bullfrog has???

Hmm…these 2 frogs belong to my friend are the different subspecies, aren't they?
the right one is 6 years old, it isn't a young boy

could anyone tell me the distinction between them, and more about subspecies

those are both Giant Males same species, except one is just really obese with too many rodents and the other one looks like a recent frog ranch batch young adult still growing

They are both the same species, but there is different regions where these frogs come from. That left one was posted about a month ago on here right? My guess is the left one is a subset of the species who have dominant genes for becoming a monster to put it in layman's terms haha. I hope mine becomes the size and appearance of the left one though. Does your friend have more information about where he got him from and the breeders' background?
