Earthworms are an excellent staple diet for your frog. just cut them into appropriately sized pieces and offer them to your frog via Tongs. Very nutritious for your frog.

    Great looking frog!

Just something I noticed in the pictures, if you're not putting him in a different container to feed him, you should remove the rocks and moss. Those are both impaction risks, because the frog will eat them accidentally when it lunges for food. Eco-earth cocofiber is good bedding and doesn't cause impaction if they eat it.

I've heard you can feed the crickets carrots to bring out red/orange in a frog, but that might just be a wives' tale.

Guppies, minnows, and mollies that are appropriately sized and come from a viable source where they are housed and greening very clean conditions that are chemical and parasite free.
