Welcome aboard.
Hello everyone, I signed up a couple months ago but haven't had a chance to properly introduce myself until now.
My name is Ron (hence the clever user name) and, like a few other recent members, focus primarily on Dendrobatids...although I have a special weakness for toads (but don't currently have any in my care). Before amphibians I was pretty involved in both the reefkeeping and freshwater aquarium communities, focusing primarily on biotope-style displays. During that stint I became deeply interested in the ecology and natural systems involved in these aquatic communities and how we can best attempt to replicate them in captive conditions. This interest has carried over into the vivarium hobby as well.
I currently spend a lot of my time doing work with the amphibian conservation org Tree Walkers International (TWI).
Welcome aboard.
