    I had looked into habacrete a few years ago and the only real advantage over cement or mortar I could see was if you were in a rush.

    I just use quikrete cement, it takes a few weeks of curing time but is cheaper and available at most hardware stores.

    if sealed well then no need to wait , even for regular mortar. but an imperfect sealing could allow the concrete/grout to leach into water. since they say no curing and non-toxic i'm thinking it's a type of sanded acrylic polymer. thanks forr your input.
