Default New WTF not doing well?

I posted photo's of my new WTF that I purchased at last weeks expo. Here is his problem...

    Not in/no out (food wise)
    Not moving
    Humped up on the floor
Half way shed, stopped, and I had to remove it from his front legs and mouth (this was after plenty of time not finishing his shed)
Spent one whole day with his eye smashed against the tote
Does not seem to be losing weight

Temp Housing/Hospital/Quarantine tank=Large plastic pet tote, wet paper towels, potho's, branch for climbing, water dish
    Temps=Day 80*F/Night 71*F
Humidity=Have been keeping him/her towards the more humid side because of the odd shed

    What's next guys?

    pedi soak?

Oh I have had him exactly 8 days.

Is he in the quarantine tank because your putting him with others?

If he is going into his own tank then get him in and feed with the bowl method. Keep the basics in mind like quiet traffic area and no night lighting.

If he is going into a tank with other frogs:
If he is a juvi, you may find his removal from a group has left him stressed. Add in the trauma of his last probably 10 or so days of packed, travels, sold, and now in a totally different place and you have a pretty depressed/stressed frog.
I used some lucky bamboo placed into some stone in a larger cup and found the juvis I had would use the cup to soak and hide. If you have some leaf liter, toss some around the bottom also and mist the liter to keep it from drying up. They like to hide under it and the moisture from the leaves will be good for the shed.

He might just need more time to relax.

He was purchased from a guy that kept all of his WTF's in a water substrate. I purchased a blue eyed wtf and blue phased wtf from him, so 2 juvi's. Since he kept them together, they are both in the same quarantine tank. I used all of my live oak litter in the viv...can I use another type of oak leaf or do I need to find something else? I have a neighbor that has a magnolia tree.

Thank you for your help DON!!! I will be patient and wait.

How long do I wait on the quarantine?

Well both of my new frogs died. The one never turned around and the second seemed fine until I found him dead today after work.

The one I was originally was worried about looked like he was retaining water (maybe)? I found him upside down unable to right himself and then a few hours later he was gone.

The second one was moving, eating, and then today I found him upside down dead.

Any clues? I am at a loss as what went wrong.

So sorry for your loss This is exactly what my WTF looked like today when he died. Skinny legs, bloated stomache, no energy over the past 2-3 days. When mine died, he had some neon green blotches on his back towards his head.

(dont mean to hijact your thread or anything, again sorry for your loss, its terrible to deal with )
