Hi,

For the pic 4, the frog is suffering from rostral abrasion. Not a big problem, normally caused by the frog constantly smashing to the tank glass.

First of all, remove it to the hospital tank (just another plastic tank), using paper (black color/ newspaper) to cover all sides of the tank in order to prevent the frog smash the tank again and reduce the stress.

Of course, in side the hospital tank, you should provide a water dish and using a small box to housing the crickets to monitor it's appetite. If the rostral abrasion is very serious, the frog will stop eating.
