His eyes look a little cloudy in the first picture. However, they arn't. I just think the flash lit them up.

That's a Coastal Plains Toad, Bufo nebulifer, formerly known as the Gulf Coast Toad, Bufo valliceps.

Thank you. I have looked a couple times when I was trying to identify him and never really seen a picture that looks like him.
