I read your answers. I can see no reason that be should have died. The only conclusion I can come up with is that there could have been internal health issues that lead to his passing. Sometimes they die for what seems like no apparent reason. He more than likely had some sort of internal defect or mutation that caused his death. It has been known to happen.
