One of my RETF just died of red leg disease. She looked pretty ok in the am but by the end of the day I found her dead in her soaking bowel. I have another RETF who is health. Do I need to remove everything from my viv and clean it out in order to prevent her from catching this horrible disease? I know i was suppose to remove her immediately but didn't realize what it was until today. I am a new frog owner,
Hi Rich,

Enclosure questions: when you get a chance-- please answer them HERE/on this thread as well
This will help FF member advise you as to what may have to be changed moving forward.

However your frog(s) should be moved to a CLEAN, CLEAN hospital tank. Make sure you rinse it well , after cleaning, before you put the frog into it.
Like Grif says the previous enclosure will have to be cleaned. Including every leaf ! So, move the frog(s) first and then go back to that tank. Wash and rinse your hands !!!!!!! Like a surgeon preparing for surgery !
