Hi. I'm new to the forum. My frog is named Fribbit. He/she's a White's Tree Frog. He's about 4" long and is sometimes green, or blue and sometimes has some brown. Mostly green or blue though. He has small bright blue spots, and some yellow spots. They are really small and he eats crickets and mealworms. He will not take pinkies. He's 6 years old.
I am enamoured by this wonderful frog and I hope he lives a very long life. I want to build a really good quality vivarium for him. I have a 24x24x12" reptile tank with a screen top I'd like to convert. I was considering making the screen 3/4 glass and 1/4 screen so we could see him, opening up one side with a screen insert and turning the unit on its side, adding a fountain, some driftwood, live plants, java moss...you know...give him a great home, but I'd really like some guidance, as I have only attempted things like this with fish.
I have four African Frogs. Aquatic, nearly 100%. They are going on 2, but one is not. He's under 3 months old. 3 albino, one regular. Very cute! 2" long or so.
